Calm your mind, renew your spirit, and strengthen your body through yoga!
Many of us feel a bit more stressed than usual these days. Fortunately, the practice of yoga can be a wonderful way to relax and recharge, all while strengthening your body and promoting good health.
That’s why we’ve decided to host our class every Tuesday to help our clients renew and restore.
The one-hour sessions begin at 4:30 p.m. and are led Ashley Brooke McGinty, who has been actively practicing yoga since 2005 and devoted much of that time to learning more about it and, in turn, teaching others about its amazing benefits.
Whether you’re an experienced yogi yourself or a beginner, Ashley’s deep knowledge and passion for the exercise will undoubtedly provide for an amazing experience.
“Classes will ignite the light from deep within you by vibrantly complimenting you in each and every moment,” she said. “Through guided pranayama (breath control), meditation, and Asana (postures), you will use self-exploration and action to set clear intentions on and off the mat.”

Through a balanced combination of sustained poses with special emphasis on alignment and therapeutics, you can expect a well-balanced mix of postures, including standing and balance poses to build strength, twists and backbends to keep your back healthy, and seated poses to open the hips and stretch the legs.
We ask that participants arrive at least 15 minutes early for the class and bring a yoga mat and a small pillow or block. We also recommend wearing a mask upon entering the building, which can be removed during the class as social distancing will be properly accommodated.
